Eccoci qua. Con gli anni 90 in dirittura d'arrivo, facciamo un salto (doppio) indietro e torniamo ai 70.

Decennio dove musicalmente è successo davvero di tutto.
Dal prog alla disco, dall'hard rock al punk, dal pop alla prima new wave, ce n'è davvero per tutti i gusti.

La selezione è stata complicata, e ringrazio nick di avermi dato una mano, anzi due.

Sistema di voto consolidato, 5-3-1 punti. Passano alla seconda fase le prime 3 per ogni gruppo.

Decennio complicato, anche solo per motivi anagrafici si va da canzoni del cuore (ma che ho scoperto e amato anche parecchio tempo dopo l’uscita) ad altre che conosco poco o niente.

Tre canzoni dei Beatles ormai ritirati( peraltro registrate nel 1969)
e due di Bob Dylan che di album nei Seventies ne ha fatti una decina #103#
Che poi una è dei Guns e l'altra è la colonna sonora di un film :)
Questo non per criticare le scelte eh, anzi bel lavoro.
solo per dire della percezione che si ha degli uni e dell'altro nell'universomondo.
C'è qualche canzone che non conosco, grazie le vado ad ascoltare.

ammetto che il Dylan degli anni 70 lo conosco poco ed evidentemente questo ha influito
inizialmente avevo messo anche Tangled up in blue, che trovavo in molte classifiche, ma che - mea culpa - non avevo mai sentito in vita mia
comunque, come sempre, si possono recuperare un po' di canzoni

Rispondo anch'io perchè ho partecipato alla selezione e tra l'altro sono un dylaniano.
Si Dylan tanti dischi anche nei '70 ma a parte le selezionate di canzoni forti famosi e inevitabili non ce n'erano.
Fatta eccezione per Blood on the tracks che compete addirittura come lp più bello di sempre di Dylan.
Ne avevo messo 3 nella mia lista (lista di 400 canzoni :D ) da quell'album: Tangled up, Simple twist of fate e Idiot wind.
Poi io stesso mischiando la lista di balby non ne ho suggerita nessuna delle 3 nelle 256 definitive.

Tangled up è rientrata in campo alla fine come papabile visto che di Dylan ne avevamo messe solo due ma poi non è stato facile escluderne una delle selezionate.

Rimane in prima fila, ma decide balby sempre, per un possibile girone di recupero.

ps: Dei Beatles se conti pure Lennon e McCartney da soli ne abbiamo messe più di 10, e Sweet Lord di Harrison. :D

Rispondo a te ma vale per tutti.
Per il 90% delle canzoni di cui il titolo non ti dice niente bastano 10 secondi di ascolto per riconoscerle.

eh lo so appunto, praticamente balby, e con lui milioni di grandi e competenti appassionati di musica nel mondo,
non hanno mai sentito Blood on the tracks o Desire, o ne hanno sentito qualche canzone senza che lasciasse traccia.
Per questo il povero Bob a più di 80 anni continua disperatamente a girare il mondo :)

Si figurati con Dylan con me sfondi una porta aperta.
Però in questi nostri giochini bisogna mettere canzoni belle ma anche popolari.
Il discorso Dylan vale per tanti altri, se spulci di canzoni bellissime ce ne sono a bizzeffe.
Comunque Hurricane da Desire rappresenta quel bel periodo 75-76 di Dylan che è anche di Blood on the tracks.

Instant karma era un tentativo di mettere un Lennon incazzato. :)

Comunque, a me questi tornei dei decenni non convincono: diventa tutto troppo un mischione. Meglio i tornei per singolo artista, o al massimo per tipologia di generi all’interno di uno stesso periodo.

non si scambiavano opinioni
nel buio della sala correvano voci incontrollate e pazzesche
si diceva che i Depeche Mode stessero vincendo la finale 20-0 e che sul palco fosse salito Nasty a suonare un assolo di chitarra con tapping a 2 mani

E degli Abba anche altre 2.
Poteva starci una dei Boney M ma insomma abbiamo rinunciato a canzoni di altro spessore.
La realtà è che non bastano 256.
Suggerisci per un eventuale recupero.

Comunque di dance popolare ce n'è assai, e tanti lentoni che sicuramente ti piacciono.
E poi ci sono i tuoi amati Queen ai quali cerchi/ate di fare vincere tutti i tornei.

No anzi sei molto evoluto.
Ti piace la musica svedese e i cantanti di origine indiana.

Noi siamo più mainstream con la musica anglo-americana.
